Adding a Floor Plan to a Listing in Aryeo

About 70% of the homes we shoot have a “CubiCasa” floor plan and 30% don't. This short training shows you how to add CubiCasa floor plans to listings. Once the photos are on a listing in Aryeo, scroll down to Floor Plans and click the purple CubiCasa button. Do this on every listing. If you check one day and don't see a CubiCasa floor plan, no worries, it is probably one of the 30% that don't have one. You can move on. If you do see one, follow the steps below or watch the Loom.

• In Aryeo, open the Listings tab, click the listing, and upload the photos the way you do for any project. The floor plan comes after the photos.
• Scroll down past Images to the Floor Plans section and click the purple CubiCasa button. A window called CubiCasa Importer opens and loads the recent floor plans.

• Most of the time the importer shows a Suggested Match at the top, and the address reads the same as the address on the listing. That is the one you want.
• Sometimes it is not at the top. Click Show All and look through the list of recent scans until you find the address that matches the listing.
• If no address pops up for that listing at all, there is probably no floor plan for it. Close the window and move on, you did not miss a step.

• Click Sync w/ Dimensions on the matching address. That is the button that adds the floor plan to the listing.

If the floor plan is not there yet but you “synced w/ Dimensions” , you most likely did it right and CubiCasa is still generating the floorplan.

• Sometimes you click Sync w/ Dimensions and nothing appears, because the floor plan is still generating in the back end. As soon as it finishes generating, it appears on the listing on its own.
