Becoming the Rizzler.
The Rizzler is my name for someone who truly steps into other people's worlds. For one month, every conversation is practice.
The workflow.
- Practice: every conversation counts, anyone, anywhere
- Nightly: I score the day in a private Notion log
- Weekly: I reflect here, what I did and what I learned
- The test: if life gets better, I keep going. If it gets worse, I stop.
If the month works, it never ends.
Week one: one job.
Put myself in the other person's shoes, every single conversation. Really visualize what they're saying, their thoughts. Try to feel what they feel.
That's the whole assignment. If I try to remember ten rules at once, none of them happen. Simple gets done.
Everybody is the main character of their own movie. Week one, I step into theirs.
Questions before advice.
If I have advice worth giving, or I see something somebody could improve, I hold it. First, at least two questions, to help them find the answer themselves. If they can't find it, then I point at it directly.
The questions do double duty: I understand their situation better, and when I do point, I point better.
The reflections.
One month, four check-ins: what changed, what the log says, what I adjust.

Reflections get written here weekly. If the month works, this section keeps growing for a long time.
One month. Then forever.
Week one's reflection lands soon. Until then, I'm in someone else's shoes.
