The whole scan

• Open every door first. Closets always. Carry door stoppers. In occupied homes, open packed closets slowly and tell the owner: no photos, this only draws the plan.01

• Phone vertical, 90°. Baseboards visible means you're fine. Tilt down in tight spots.02 · 08

• Floor plan, not wall plan. Show the floor and its corners.09

• Follow one wall. Pick right or left, trace it through the whole house. You never miss or double-scan a room. Loop back for kitchen islands.02 · 05 · 12

• Locked room? Scan it outside. Walk its perimeter. Same wall, same dimensions. Nearby ADUs and closed-off yards join the same scan.07 · 11 · 04 · 03

• Messed up? Resume, never restart. Hit resume, then play, point at where you left off, keep going.10

• Big homes eat RAM. Airplane mode, Do Not Disturb, no music. One call can kill an 8-minute scan. See 'low memory'? Keep scanning.01 · 12

• How to place the order. If you have signal, hit continue, continue, continue, then place the order. If you don't, just hit save for later.06
