The big idea

One workspace runs
my whole business.

CRM, projects, calendar, and automations — consolidated into Notion, powered by the AI model of your choice. Instead of my VAs and I juggling a dozen tabs, logins, and tools to learn, everything lives in one place.

The switch

From Monday.com

I replaced a $97-a-month CRM
in a single day.

I was paying about $97/month for Monday.com and kept hitting credit limits. I moved thousands of clients, leads, and notes — plus my automations — into Notion in under a day, then rebuilt it better the next.

~$97/mo
What Monday.com cost me — gone. Consolidating other subscriptions into Notion cut costs further, while making life simpler for me and my assistants.

No code, no formulas

A spreadsheet you
build by describing it.

Spreadsheets and formulas used to be intimidating. Now you just ask — and if it can't do something, it tells you.

  • Tags & filters on every record
  • Multiple views of one dataset
  • Variables that link records together
  • Zero formulas to write yourself

Don't let it scare you

You don't have to
be technical.

Open the AI chat and just talk to it. Ask whether Notion can do the thing you're picturing — or rant, and have it build the database for you.

You, to the AI
“Build me a CRM that texts my assistant whenever a shoot gets booked.”
It either builds exactly that — or tells you it's currently beyond what it can do.

One prompt builds
a listing CRM.

Watch this: I paste one plain-English prompt into Notion's AI and it builds a working listings database — no template, no setup.

What it spins up
10 mock listings
Real addresses & scenarios to test with.
Calendar events
Google Calendar dates per listing.

Presentation → signed → under contract → closed.
Team chat
A thread per listing for updates.
Auto-texts

I have 10 different listings right now, and I'd like to create a database that integrates with my Google Calendar so I can keep up with events for each listing.

The pipeline for each listing is: Listing presentation held → Listing agreement signed → Offer due date scheduled → Under contract → Escrow closed → In danger.

On top of this, I'd also like a section where team members can chat about each listing — how it's going and any updates needed.

I also need to track each listing and put on the calendar when photos are scheduled, when staging is scheduled, and when we're scheduled to go on the market. On each of those scheduled dates, I need an integration with Quo (quo.com) that auto-sends a text message to my assistant.

Please mock up 10 different listing addresses and scenarios so I can see how it would work. This is a test.
