Zillow 3D is the default 3D scan. Do a Matterport instead only when the notes say so, never both. With a Matterport, also do the CubiCasa floor plan scan.

The four packages

🔵 Photo Collection: photos of the whole home, the floor plan scan, and aerial photos with the drone. This is the most common order. The "virtual twilight" inside it is made by our editors on a computer, so you do NOT come back at sunset for it.
🏡 Photos & 3D Tour (No Video): everything in Photo Collection, plus one 3D tour scan of the home. Zillow 3D tours will often be the default choice however if its matterport we’ll add that to the notes (no need to do both matterport and zillow 3d tours. its one or the other)
🏡 Photos & Video (No 3D Tour): shoot exactly what you shoot for Photo Collection. The video is built afterward from your photos, so a complete photo set is what makes the video good.
🔵 Signature Collection: the biggest one. Everything in Photo Collection, plus the 3D tour scan (Default to Zillow 3D tour scans however we will let you know if the client chooses to use matterport instead). The video is built from your photos here too.

The single items

📸 Unlimited Photos + 🗺️ Floor Plan: photos of the whole home and the floor plan scan. No drone, unless the order also has an aerial line.
☀️ Twilight Photos: this is the REAL twilight. It is the only name that means you shoot photos of the home at sunset. If you do not see this exact line, there is no sunset trip.
🗺️ Matterport / Zillow 3D Tour: a 3D scan ordered by itself. (Default to Zillow 3D Tours however we’ll let you know if someone requested a matterport)
🚁 Aerial Photos: drone photos added to an order that did not include them.
🎥 Video: by itself this is also built from the photos.

Names that add nothing to your shoot

💻 Property Website: our system builds the website on its own after delivery. Nothing to shoot.
Travel Fee: a charge to the client for distance. Nothing to shoot.
Virtual Staging: our editors add the furniture on a computer. Nothing extra to shoot.

Two rules that cover everything else

Every shoot with interior photos gets a cubi casa floor plan scan, except the ones with Zillow 3D Tours. if a matterport is requested then also do a cubicasa floor plan

Where to look on the invite

Open the calendar invite and scroll down to "Order Items Serviced By This Appointment". An order can have more than one line, so read every line and shoot the total, not only the first one.
Right under that list, read "Order Notes" and "Order Questions" too. That is where the lock code, parking, and vacant or occupied are written.
How often each name shows up in the last 300 orders: Photo Collection 77, Photos & 3D Tour 62, Signature Collection 49, Unlimited Photos + Floor Plan 45, Twilight Photos 23, Photos & Video 21.
