Uploading Property Photos

All you have to do is go to listinglight.io/upload, find your address, click on it, upload your pictures, and hit send. The editing starts on its own.

• After a shoot your card holds RAW plus JPEG for every frame, so a card with 602 items really holds about 301 photos. We only upload the JPEGs. Your RAWs stay on your own drive for as long as you can, at least 30 days (for safety).
• On your computer, open the card folder and sort it so the JPEGs sit together. On a Mac, sorting by size or kind works. Then scroll to the JPEGs and select all of them, and only them.

• Go to listinglight.io and hit Uploads at the top, or go straight to listinglight.io/upload
• Type the team password. Jose gives it to you, and it can change, so ask him if it stops working.
• The page lists the shoots of today, yesterday, and tomorrow.
• If your shoot is not in the list, type the street name or the order number in the search box, for example Fremont, and give it a moment. It pulls the most recent shoots from the whole database, even ones coming up in a few days.
• Once you find your shoot, click on it and it takes you to step 2

• Drag and drop your JPEGs onto the box, and hit yes if a pop up asks. JPEGs only: the page takes no RAWs and no videos.
• Watch the upload bar and counter under the upload box. Leave the tab open and let it cook. A full shoot can take a while.

• Leave the first tab uploading. Open a new tab, go to Uploads again, type the password, and click the other home. Drop its JPEGs there, and both homes upload at the same time.

• Wait until the counter says everything is up, like 301 uploaded of 301. Then hit "I'm done, send for editing".
• You will see Sent for editing. Editing has started automatically and Jose gets a text when the edits are ready for QC. You can close the page.
• Need to add photos to the same home later? Follow the same steps and they join that home's folder.

• If you shot real videos for the home, do not drop them on the upload page. Click the Videos folder link on the page, which opens that home's Videos folder in Google Drive, and drag the videos in there. That is how the video editor gets them.

(You do not have to worry about any of the points below, it is just how it works)

• The photos go to Fotello, where AI edits them. After about half an hour the listing shows up there.
• When the AI is done, the edits download automatically and go to our quality control person, who catches the small details, or the big ones, that the AI missed.
• Then the Quality Control person shares uploads all files to Aryeo where they finally reach the clients hands
